Bathroom Remodeling
Your bathroom works harder than any room in the house, and it is the one most likely to fail quietly when it is built wrong. Quintessential Renovations builds and remodels bathrooms across Vernon Hills and the greater Chicago area to a standard that holds up. Family-run, licensed, bonded, and insured since 2011. Full gut or focused update, you get one team that plans it, waterproofs it properly, and stands behind it. Call us at (847) 271-2761 to get started, or read on to see how we work.
Get A QuoteWaterproofed the right way
Behind every tiled shower we build is a proper waterproofing system. We use Schluter waterproofing, with the manufacturer warranty passed to you, so the part you cannot see is the part we get right first. Custom tiled showers, custom vanities, and plumbing reconfigurations are handled in-house and in sequence, under one point of accountability.
See it in 3D before anything is ordered
Every project starts with a free in-home consultation. We measure your space and produce a complimentary 3D rendering so you see the finished bathroom before anything is ordered. Then you get a written estimate with every line explained. We price cost-plus, material cost plus 20 percent, with clear labor rates, so there are no ballparks.
Built to a standard you can see
We use top-grade materials from trusted suppliers and build permit-first, no exceptions, with walkthroughs at every milestone. Your bathroom is covered by a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty on materials and a three-year labor warranty on our workmanship, documented in writing at close.
